REO fieldwork must prove condition, access, occupancy indicators, safety concerns, damage, changes, and completed work in a way an asset manager can understand remotely.

Access and documentation

Carry a charged phone, backup battery, required keys and approved lockboxes, flashlight, measuring tools, moisture meter, protective equipment, labels, markers, and client-supplied notices. Follow every key, photo, security, and platform requirement exactly.

Safety outranks speed

Do not enter around structural instability, active criminal activity, aggressive animals, hazardous materials, electrical danger, fire, or flooding. Use orientation, medium, and close photos so every image answers a question.
